For non-market activities, Daw-Trans and the Kujawski Truck Centre are involved in the region and local community life on a regular basis. We have been undertaking charity and sponsoring initiatives for several years, for the benefit of orphanages and a speedway club in Toruń.
At present, apart from “classical” activities, we are implementing ideas for the refined consideration of our environment. For example, a joint educational project with the Lifelong Learning Centre School Complex in Gronów is in preparation and will result in the establishment of a new “driver - engineer’ scheme. Daw-Trans is the professional partner in this undertaking. This is also a natural complement of the company internal project — Daw-Trans Driver Academy.
Definitely not. Firstly, small and large businesses often have local origins and operate in the area in which their owners and employees live. Thus, they are close to local issues. Secondly, the companies are involved in solving local problems related to, for example, education and labour market support. * This is the involvement philosophy that Daw-Trans follows in its operations.* source www.odpowiedzialnybiznes.pl
